Title: Easy to set up and perfect for muscle recovery
Content: I was worried about the setup given that it came with many accessories, but surprisingly it was a breeze to set up. It took me some time to cool it down so more ice molds would be recommended. The material gets very sturdy and sturdy enough enough to make me feel safe while fully submerged. I’m 5’6 224 lbs and fit very comfortably. I suffer from fibromyalgia and am in constantly pain all over the body. The pain meds provide temporary relief but I knew I needed to try an ice bath after many recommended and very glad I did! I managed to stay in the water for three minutes and that was enough to give me hours of relief. It comes with the mat so you don’t have to worry about slipping and the cover so you don’t have to worry about diet or leaves blowing inside. I’ve tried a couple others but this by far has been the most effective and perfect for my needs. I highly recommend.

Content: I've tried 10 of these ice baths in various companies over the past year and this one is by far the best. It comes with the mat the lid and the ice block molds. Which most don't have in this price range. I've had ones that were upwards of $500 and all the way down to $50 in this one is by far the best in any of those price ranges. Easy to set up and easy to drain. I am 5'9 and weigh 255 lb and I have zero problem getting into this thing and submerging to my neck. This is a must for anybody who's into weightlifting, sports, MMA or anything else that would require you to use an ice bath for recovery. I highly recommend this particular product more than any of the others that I have seen simply because it's a complete kit and you don't need anything else to be able to use it.
